Factory Incharge

About the role

We're looking for a proactive and experienced Factory Incharge to oversee day-to-day manufacturing operations at our production facility. If you have experience in blown film, flexible packaging, extrusion, printing, and shop floor management , this is an exciting opportunity to grow your career with a company committed to building a sustainable future.

What you'll do

• Plan and execute daily production across extrusion, printing, cutting, and sealing machines
• Monitor production output, rejection rates, machine efficiency, and downtime
• Supervise machine operators and helpers while maintaining discipline on the shop floor
• Troubleshoot production issues and coordinate with the maintenance team for timely resolution
• Ensure consistent product quality across film production, printing, and sealing operations

What you need

• 3–5 yrs of experience
• SOP writing
• Maintenance
• B.Tech or B.E. or Diploma

What you get

• ₹30k a month
