About the role

Oversee and manage the on-site medical center, ensuring it is equipped and staffed to handle emergencies and routine health issues effectively. Develop and implement health and wellness programs aimed at improving employee well-being and reducing absenteeism. Conduct regular health check-ups and maintain accurate medical records for all employees and contractors.

What you'll do

• Collaborate with the Site HR Head to design and execute health awareness campaigns, focusing on occupational health risks specific to thermal power plant operations
