About the role

We are looking for an experienced F&B Executive to manage food and beverage operations across a university campus.

What you'll do

  • Manage daily cafeteria and F&B operations
  • Supervise F&B staff and ensure smooth food service
  • Monitor food quality, hygiene, cleanliness, and safety
  • Coordinate with vendors, caterers, and suppliers
  • Manage inventory, stock, consumption, and wastage
