F&B Service Executive

About the role

Escalate any matters affecting Hotel's interests to Management for timely resolution. Uphold rigorous quality control, hygiene, and health and safety standards across all operational areas. Foster a culture of excellence in service delivery, safety, security, and organizational policy adherence. Delight guests through trend-setting and innovative product and service offerings.

What you'll do

• Lead and coordinate all team activities within the department, driving operational excellence and strategic planning across all assigned areas
• Champion guest satisfaction by promptly addressing complaints, requests, and inquiries with professionalism and care
• Partner with the HOD - Food & Beverage Service to drive sales growth through innovative events and food festivals tailored to your assigned outlet
• Manage outlet operations efficiently within approved budgetary parameters while maintaining full legal compliance
• Lead by example, promoting company uniform and hygiene standards throughout your team

What you need
