About the role

The Fashion Division Head is the overall category owner for apparel & accessories at CDC. They act as the mini-CEO for the fashion vertical, managing strategy, brand mix, team performance, sales targets, and replenishment plans across retail and online. What you'll do

  • Lead and manage the entire Fashion Division team (Assortment, Inventory, Analyst, Brand
  • Own the apparel category P&L, ensuring revenue growth and healthy sell-through
  • Define the ideal brand mix of homegrown and global brands for CDC
  • Drive replenishment cycles and ensure top-performing SKUs are always available
  • Track performance dashboards and take corrective actions
