About the role

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven IT Recruiter with specialized expertise in recruiting Guidewire professionals across Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance technology environments. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Guidewire ecosystem, proven experience sourcing niche technology talent, and the ability to manage full-cycle recruitment processes for highly specialized technical roles.

What you'll do

Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for Guidewire-related positions
Conduct intake meetings with hiring managers to understand technical requirements, project needs, and hiring priorities
Develop recruitment strategies to identify and engage qualified professionals
Source passive and active candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, networking, and other sourcing channels
Screen and evaluate candidates based on technical competencies, experience, and communication skills
