Female Back Office Executive Urgently Required at Gurgaon

About the role

We are looking for an experienced, organised, and detail-oriented Female Backend Executive to manage day-to-day back-office operations, basic accounting activities, documentation, quotation and invoice preparation, and professional email communication. Basic knowledge of accountancy and working familiarity with Tally, billing, invoicing, and quotation preparation are essential.

What you'll do

• Quotations, Billing & Invoicing
• Prepare quotations, price offers, sales invoices, bills, and other business documents
• Ensure accuracy of product descriptions, quantities, rates, taxes, and other details in quotations and invoices
• Maintain records of quotations issued, invoices generated, and pending customer enquiries
• Follow up on quotations and coordinate with the concerned team regarding customer requirements and order status
