- Supervise and coordinate assembly line operations to meet daily production targets
- Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions
- Monitor product quality at each stage and take immediate corrective actions for defects
- Maintain strict compliance with safety standards and promote a zero-accident culture
- Manage manpower allocation, shift planning, and task distribution
