Female Telecaller (6 + Month Experience)

About the role

This is a full-time role for a Telecaller at Bingage IT Labs Pvt Ltd – a 9-year-old established Software Company in Indore. You will be responsible for making cold calls and nurturing relationships with clients, as well as assisting the sales and marketing team in reaching out to potential customers via telephone calls.

What you'll do

• Be responsible for making cold calls and nurturing relationships with clients, answering inquiries, and booking appointments
• Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads through effective communication and probing questions
• Follow-up Calls: Conduct follow-up calls to nurture leads, answer additional questions, and move prospects through the sales funnel
• Meeting Targets: Strive to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets set by the supervisor or team leader
