Fermented Organic Manure - FOM Utilization & Partnerships

About the role

This role focuses on identifying, developing, and managing strategic partnerships with fertilizer companies to convert FOM into commercially viable organic fertilizers. The successful candidate will leverage their expertise in organic fertilizers, business development, and financial modeling to create value from a key by-product of the renewable energy sector, contributing to a circular economy and sustainable agriculture.

What you'll do

• Identify, research, and evaluate potential fertilizer partner companies for the conversion, processing
• Initiate and lead discussions and negotiations with prospective partners, outlining the technical specifications, quality
• Develop and prepare comprehensive partnership agreements, Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs), and other necessary legal and commercial documentation
• Create detailed financial models and robust business cases for proposed partnerships, assessing profitability, cost-effectiveness, revenue generation
• Conduct thorough market research and analysis to understand the demand, pricing, competitive landscape

What you need
