About the role
To ensure accurate verification, reconciliation, and control of Finished Goods (FG) stock in the warehouse and distribution points, while maintaining inventory accuracy, product traceability, and compliance with food safety standards.
What you'll do
- Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly physical verification of finished goods stock
- Match physical stock with ERP / WMS / stock registers and identify variances
- Ensure proper implementation of FIFO / FEFO for confectionery products with shelf-life sensitivity
- Verify batch numbers, expiry dates, packaging condition, and storage compliance
- Monitor stock movement including inward, outward, returns, damages, and rejections
