About the role

For Sartorius India Pvt. Ltd, we are looking for a Field Account Manager to join our team in Ahmadabad / Pune / Mumbai. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the growth of revenue by proactively managing a range of accounts throughout Maharashtra, Gujrat, and Goa by developing and maintaining strong KOL relationships.

What you'll do

• Be responsible for supporting the growth of revenue by proactively managing a range of accounts throughout Maharashtra, Gujrat
• Maintain the CRM with relevant and up-to-date customer and sales opportunity information in SFDC
• Develop and achieve account targets understanding customer needs and future plans
• Provide trainings, technical and commercial support to Sales Reps and customers in relevant products and processes
• Identify and implement appropriate action plans to track key accounts consumption patterns
