Field Associate – West Garo Hills (Garo Language)

About the role

Working directly with community members and state livelihood frameworks, this role provides handholding support in day-to-day business operations, member engagement, governance, procurement, and market linkages across rural enterprises (agri-business, spices, etc.).

What you'll do

• Community Mobilization & Member Engagement: Mobilize and engage women producer group members (~20 members per group) for collective business actions
• Governance & Financial Records: Assist PG leaders in maintaining accurate books of accounts, meeting resolutions, governance registers, and financial discipline
• Strategic Linkages & Coordination: Build institutional linkages with local government departments, market actors

What you need

• 1–3 yrs of experience
• Excel
• Procurement
• Bookkeeping
• MBA or BBA
