Field collection executive

About the role

We are seeking a results-driven and empathetic Collection Executive to manage the recovery of outstanding receivables. In this role, you will be responsible for contacting clients with overdue balances, investigating payment discrepancies, and securing payments through structured negotiation. The ideal candidate possesses excellent communication skills, high emotional resilience, and the ability to strike a balance between firmness and customer service.
