Field Collection Executive

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Field Collection Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for collecting payments from customers who have taken commercial vehicle loans or auto loans. The role involves visiting customers at their locations, negotiating payments, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

What you'll do

• Visit customers at their locations to collect payments, negotiate settlements, and resolve disputes
• Collect payments from customers, issue receipts, and update payment records
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, understand their concerns, and provide solutions
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, payments, and other relevant information
• Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards

What you need

• 2–4 yrs of experience
• Collections
