Field Compliance Coordinator (Gas Plants / Construction Safety) - Oil & Gas

About the role

We are seeking experienced Field Compliance Coordinators to support our Oil & Gas operations in the areas of Gas Plants (Environmental) and Construction Safety. The successful candidates will be responsible for ensuring compliance with HSE policies, environmental regulations, company standards, and industry best practices while promoting a proactive safety and environmental culture across field operations.

What you'll do

• Ensure compliance with company HSE policies, environmental regulations, and applicable industry standards
• Conduct field inspections, audits, and compliance assessments across gas plant and construction activities
• Monitor and support Permit-to-Work (PTW), Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), hazard identification, risk assessments, and safe work practices
• Coordinate environmental monitoring, waste management, spill response, incident investigations, and corrective action tracking
• Implement and maintain Environmental Management Systems (EMS) and Safety Management Systems (SMS) to ensure continuous compliance
