About the role

Responsible for conducting village surveys, identifying potential customers and developing new business opportunities. Organize village meetings and promote financial literacy to generate prospective customers.Facilitate Joint Liability Group(JLG)formation and maintain strong customer relationships. Assist in loan application screening, verification and quality assessment as per company policies.

• Assist in loan application screening, verification and quality assessment as per company policies
• Educate customers about loan products, interest rates, fees, EMI schedules and repayment terms
• Prepare weekly loan disbursement plans, ensure timely EMI collection, conduct pre-recovery visits and follow recovery procedures
