Field Engineer – Transmission & Substation with Hybrid Renewable Energy Integration (PMC)

About the role

The role ensures that EPC contractors deliver works in compliance with technical specifications, quality standards, HSE requirements, and project schedules, while maintaining strong coordination across Electrical, Civil, I&C, QA/QC, and HSE disciplines. Core strength lies in site execution oversight, engineering validation, and multidisciplinary coordination, ensuring seamless delivery of transmission, substation, and hybrid renewable energy projects.

What you'll do

• Site Supervision & PMC Oversight
• Supervise construction, installation, testing, and commissioning of substations (AIS/GIS), transmission lines, and hybrid renewable evacuation systems (33kV–765kV)
• Ensure adherence to approved drawings, specifications, QAP/FQP, and construction methodologies
• Monitor project progress against L2/L3 schedules, identify risks/delays, and support corrective actions in coordination with Project Controls
• Maintain daily/weekly progress reports, site documentation, and compliance records
