We are looking for energetic and result-oriented Field Recruiters to source and onboard candidates for Picker & Packer positions.
What you'll do
- Source candidates for Picker & Packer positions through field recruitment, referrals, job fairs, and local hiring drives
- Conduct candidate screening and coordinate interviews
- Explain job roles, salary, benefits, shifts, and other requirements to candidates
- Follow up with selected candidates until joining
