About the role
The Field Loan Officer is responsible for forming borrower groups, completing KYC and documentation, processing loan applications, coordinating loan disbursement, and supporting regular loan collection activities. This opportunity is suitable for freshers and experienced candidates who want to build a career in microfinance field operations.
What you'll do
- Form women borrower groups (JLG/SHG) in the assigned area
- Conduct regular field visits and interact with customers
- Collect and complete KYC documents and customer documentation
- Process and verify loan applications
