Field Marketing Manager

About the role

India represents a significant growth opportunity for Kong. This is a builder’s role. There’s no established playbook, inherited marketing engine, or existing team to lean on. You’ll have the ownership to define the strategy, make the bets, build the programs, and prove what works. You’ll partner closely with Sales, global marketing, and channel partners to bring Kong’s story to India’s enterprise technology leaders.

What you'll do

• OWN THE INDIA MARKETING STRATEGY
• Define the regional marketing strategy, priorities, and investment plan in alignment with India Sales and global marketing
• Identify the industries, enterprise accounts, and buyer segments with the greatest growth potential
• Turn market insights into focused programs that generate pipeline and accelerate revenue
• Make deliberate choices about where to invest—and where not to
