About the role

To drive prescription generation and achieve assigned sales targets by effectively promoting the company's products, strengthening doctor and chemist relationships, and ensuring product availability across the territory. Achieve and consistently surpass the assigned Sales Budget and YPM (Yearly Performance Milestone) for the territory.

What you'll do

  • Drive prescription generation and achieve assigned sales targets by effectively promoting the company's products, strengthening doctor and chemist relationships
  • Achieve and consistently surpass the assigned Sales Budget and YPM (Yearly Performance Milestone) for the territory
  • Ensure effective product promotion to generate Rx demand and secondary sales
  • Maintain a Doctor Call Average of 10+1 per day
  • Achieve Minimum 95% MCR (Monthly Call Report) coverage
