Field Operations Executive - Thoraipakkam(Chennai)

About the role

The Operations Executive / Sr. Operations Executive will be responsible for ensuring service quality, technician capability, material readiness, and compliance through hands-on supervision, audits, and performance monitoring across assigned service areas. The incumbent will report to the AOM/OM/ABM/BM.

What you'll do

• Ensure availability of trained & certified technicians as per guidelines
• Coach technicians to improve service quality, retention, and SOP compliance
• Conduct daily stand-up meetings; communicate safety & job-specific instructions
• Ensure availability of tools, materials, and proper stock management as per SOP
• Monitor SCP usage, troubleshoot issues, and provide refresher training
