About the role

The Field Operator - TRS III is responsible for executing Tubular Running Services (TRS) operations safely and efficiently during offshore drilling and completion activities. The role involves operating, maintaining, inspecting, and troubleshooting TRS equipment while supporting successful wellsite execution in accordance with Weatherford's operational, quality, and HSE standards.

What you'll do

Execute TRS operations safely and efficiently on offshore drilling rigs
Operate, inspect, maintain, and troubleshoot TRS equipment and associated tools
Ensure compliance with Weatherford HSE, Quality, and operational procedures
Deliver operations with a focus on Zero Non-Productive Time (NPT) and operational reliability
Monitor tool performance and proactively identify operational risks
