About the role

The Sales Manager – LME Business, India will lead the national growth strategy, sales execution, and market expansion for Wolters Kluwer's Lippincott Medical Education (LME) portfolio, including eBooks, digital learning platforms, assessment solutions, AI-enabled learning tools, and other institutional solutions for medical, nursing, and health sciences education.

What you'll do

• Business Leadership & Sales Growth
• Lead and coach a team of sales professionals to achieve regional and national business targets
• Own both team quota and individual sales targets, leading from the front on strategic opportunities and key accounts
• Drive new customer acquisition, account expansion, renewals, and revenue growth across the digital books (LME) portfolio
• Build a strong sales pipeline, maintain forecast accuracy, and ensure effective CRM usage
