Field Service Engineer 1 at Emerson. Be.

What you'll do

  • Execute lifecycle services including Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC), Preventive and Comprehensive AMCs, and structured service packages (ST100, ST200, ST300)
  • Manage and support the DeltaV installed base across the Central Region, ensuring high system availability and reliability
  • Deliver maintenance contract services, with significant on-site engagement (approximately 180–190 days annually, including travel)
  • Provide technical support for DeltaV systems including Batch, Safety Instrumented Systems (SIS), Charms I/O, VIM, third-party integrations
  • Support lifecycle services sales initiatives, including AMC renewals, spares management, add-on projects, system expansions, upgrades, and software opportunities
