What you'll do

On time delivery and Communication: Ensure service deliverables within the stipulated time and communicate effectively with all our customers
Reporting: Maintains weekly, monthly, and annual reports with respect to commissioning and after sales service
Commissioning of IPS and IPC Controls in India (North and East region)
Work closely with regional sales team and provide efficient after sales support to all the customers
Provide timely warranty service support to all customers in the region
