About the role

We are looking for a qualified Field Service Engineer to handle installation, demonstration, and customer training of analytical instruments like HPLC systems. The role requires strong technical knowledge along with effective communication skills.

What you'll do

  • Installation and commissioning of analytical instruments (HPLC systems)
  • Conducting product demonstrations for customers
  • Providing training on instrument hardware and relevant software (e.g., Empower)
  • Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues at customer sites
  • Ensuring proper documentation of installation and service activities

What you need
