Field Supervisor – Transmission & Substation with Hybrid Renewable Integration for PMC

About the role

This is a site-based contractual role, responsible for supervising construction, installation, testing, and commissioning activities for transmission lines, substations (AIS/GIS), and renewable energy evacuation systems (solar, wind, BESS).

What you'll do

• Site Supervision – Transmission & Substation
• Supervise execution of: Transmission lines (up to 132kV–765kV) – foundations, tower erection, stringing (conductor & OPGW)
• Ensure works are executed as per approved drawings, method statements, and project specifications
• Monitor contractor manpower, equipment deployment, and productivity
• Renewable Integration & Grid Connectivity

What you need

• 5–9 yrs of experience
