About the role

The ideal candidate will have expertise in IBM FileNet and will thrive in a hybrid work model with rotational shifts. This role does not require travel. The successful candidate will contribute to the development and maintenance of our software solutions ensuring high performance and responsiveness.

What you'll do

Develop and maintain software applications using IBM FileNet to meet business requirements
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new features and enhancements
Ensure the performance quality and responsiveness of applications
Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs to improve application efficiency
Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and share knowledge with team members
