About the role

BFC works closely with the Wholesale division supporting the business and responsible for the production and independent validation of profit & loss and balance sheet. BFC provides management with valuable insight into the Wholesale trading performance and key financial information.

What you'll do

• Strategic Direction & Leadership: Drive strategic planning and execution for the team
• Drive collaboration between India and global teams while managing organizational transformation and growth initiatives
• Digital Transformation Leadership: Champion digitalization strategy, leading technology initiatives and automation, data analytics
• Operational Excellence & Efficiency: Drive operational excellence and deliver efficiency through process reengineering, cost optimization
