Vice President - Digital Transformation Lead (Finance) Strategic leadership role responsible for driving digital innovation and transformation across the global Finance division through advanced analytics, automation, and AI-powered solutions. This position leads a team of 15 specialized developers to challenge traditional processes, deliver high-impact solutions, and create measurable business value across all regions.

What you'll do

• Strategic Leadership & Vision
• Define and execute the digital transformation roadmap for Finance functions globally, aligning technology initiatives with business strategy
• Challenge existing processes and identify opportunities for automation, optimization, and value creation
• Follow governance frameworks for End User Computing (EUC) solutions built ensuring compliance and risk management
• Partner with Finance leadership to translate business requirements into scalable digital solutions
