Finance Analyst

About the role

Coordinate with asset managers, hotel operators, and finance teams to gather inputs and validate assumptions. Analyze variances between actual performance and budget/forecast, providing actionable insights. Prepare periodic cash flow statements to ensure liquidity planning and working capital efficiency.

What you'll do

• Lead the review/analyses of annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and strategic financial plans for all hospitality assets
• Coordinate with asset managers, hotel operators, and finance teams to gather inputs and validate assumptions
• Analyze variances between actual performance and budget/forecast, providing actionable insights
• Prepare periodic cash flow statements to ensure liquidity planning and working capital efficiency
• Monitor receivables, payables, project cash flows, operator remittances, and capital expenditure requirements

What you need

• 8–12 yrs of experience
• Cash flow

• Chartered Accountant or CMA or MBA
