Finance Analyst- Merchandise Accounting

About the role

This role is responsible for the end-to-end operational accounting of vendor funding programs, including allowances, billbacks and promotional support. The Senior Analyst ensures accurate setup, tracking, reconciliation, and collection of vendor receivables while driving process efficiency and strengthening financial controls.

What you'll do

• Set up and maintain vendor funding agreements (e.g., promotional allowances, billbacks, marketing funds) within the accounting system
• Ensure timely and accurate recording, tracking, and reconciliation of vendor funds and allowances
• Perform monthly account reconciliations; research and resolve discrepancies with vendors and cross-functional teams
• Assist with process enhancements, documentation, and internal controls to strengthen accuracy and compliance
