Finance Analytics SAP BW, S4HANA & Datasphere Developer - RDT ERP

About the role

As part of the FAP&AI OPEX Workforce Reporting team, you will be responsible for the delivery, maintenance, and continuous enhancement of next-generation workforce and workforce-related costs analytics solutions. You will support the analysis, development, and optimization of data products and reporting solutions utilizing SAP BW 7.5 , SAP DataSphere (in-progress migration target), Snowflake , and SAP BW/4HANA as integrated data sources.

What you'll do

• Deliver and maintain scalable cloud data models and data products within SAP BW 7.5 , SAP DataSphere , and Snowflake
• Analyze, understand, and translate complex workforce and HR reporting requirements from business stakeholders into technical solutions
• Develop and deliver advanced business intelligence solutions for workforce analytics, integrating data from SAP BW 7.5 , SAP DataSphere , Snowflake
• Manage and support the planned migration of SAP BW 7.5 to SAP DataSphere , ensuring continuity and performance of existing reporting solutions during transition
• Utilize Python and SQL as primary development languages to build robust data pipelines, transformations, and automations for workforce data
