Finance & Accounting Lead - Business Central Setup, AI Agents & Latvian Tax

About the role

You will personally perform and take ownership of our accounting and financial operations, using AI agents to support your work. Your responsibilities will cover daily bookkeeping, reconciliations, closing, financial reporting, cash planning and applicable Latvian tax reporting. You will personally carry out the complete migration from QuickBooks to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, using AI agents to support your work.

What you'll do

• Perform day-to-day bookkeeping, accounts payable and receivable, invoicing, expense accounting and bank reconciliations
• Complete month-end and year-end closing, balance sheet reconciliations, accruals and supporting documentation
• Set up, configure and maintain Business Central, including the chart of accounts, posting groups, dimensions, VAT setup, bank accounts
• Personally execute the complete migration from QuickBooks to Business Central, including data extraction, account and tax mapping, cleansing, system configuration
• Review all accounting records for the past five years during migration preparation and import, investigate missing or incorrect entries
