Finance & Accounting Officer

About the role

Prepare and finalize balance sheets, profit and loss statements, inventory valuations, and other financial reports in line with accounting standards and company policies. Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and improvement opportunities. Coordinate timely month-end and year-end closing activities, including required adjustments, trial balance preparation, monthly MIS, and management reporting.

What you'll do

• Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and improvement opportunities
• Audit & Compliance: Support internal and external audits by preparing statutory financial statements, annexures, and notes to accounts
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements while staying current with regulatory changes
• Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements, automation
