Finance & Accounts Executive (Near Ulundurpet)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to join our growing manufacturing and export business. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining day-to-day accounting records, supporting statutory compliance, handling vendor/customer transactions, bank reconciliations and assisting the Finance Head with MIS and financial reporting.

What you'll do

• Record purchase, sales, receipts, payments and journal entries
• Maintain proper accounting records and supporting documents
• Process vendor invoices and verify invoices against purchase orders/GRNs
• Maintain customer and vendor ledgers
• Assist in accounts payable and accounts receivable management

What you need

• 1–2 yrs of experience
• MIS reporting
• Reconciliation
• Excel
• Working capital
• Accounting
• Accounts receivable
• B.Com or Chartered Accountant
