Finance & Accounts Head

About the role

We are looking for a strategic and detail-oriented Finance & Accounts Head to lead financial operations across our manufacturing unit and multiple retail outlets . If you have strong expertise in costing, inventory-heavy business, and multi-location finance , this is a great opportunity to make a real business impact.

What you'll do

• Manage end-to-end accounting & financial reporting
• Drive costing, margin analysis & profitability improvement
• Oversee inventory & stock control (FIFO, batch tracking, wastage control)
• Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax & statutory compliance
• Lead budgeting, forecasting & financial planning

What you need

• 12–22 yrs of experience
• Costing
• Accounting
• GST
• Compliance
• Tally
• Financial reporting
• Chartered Accountant or CMA or MBA or B.Com
