Finance Associate

About the role

This role is ideal for a young, dynamic finance professional with strong accounting fundamentals and ERP exposure who can help strengthen financial processes, ensure compliance, and contribute to data-driven decision-making within a fast-growing and structured business environment. We are looking for a detail-oriented Finance Associate to support accounting operations, financial reporting, compliance, and ERP-based financial processes.

What you'll do

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and General Ledger management
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes , ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting
• Prepare and review monthly financial reports, reconciliation, and variance analysis
• Monitor General Ledger balances and identify and resolve discrepancies
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities

What you need

• 2–4 yrs of experience

• B.Com or CA Intermediate or Chartered Accountant
