About the role

Challenge yourself by contributing to products deployed across our extensive network of convenience stores, processing over a billion transactions annually.

What you'll do

• Perform daily reconciliation of card settlements received from payment processors against store-recorded receivables for Visa, Mastercard, Debit, Discover
• Record and account for chargebacks, processing fees, discounts, fraud-related charges, and other settlement adjustments in accordance with accounting policies
• Maintain and validate three-way reconciliations between Treasury cash receipts, automated General Ledger (GL) entries
• Investigate, resolve, and communicate settlement discrepancies, dropped transactions, and unusual activity with external card processors and internal stakeholders
• Partner with Treasury, Fuel, and other cross-functional teams to support new payment channels, card products
