Finance Controller

About the role

The position is the most senior person within Finance, responsible for all the financial matters, reporting to the local CFO . This position is responsible for, but not limited to: Ensuring compliance to meet corporate headquarters' needs, adhering to all external compliance requirements of the Government, and auditors.

What you'll do

• Statutory Compliance related to financial statements, GST, taxable income, and ensure timely hands-on reconciliation and payments of taxes and filing of annual returns
• Financial Reporting and Audits: Bookkeeping and Accounting - Maintaining accurate books of accounts in our ERP system in line with the operations and ensuring they also…
• Coordinate regulatory and statutory filings and documentation with our partners & legal personnel (include but not limited to ROC, MGT, AOC-4, etc.), AGM
• Detailed cashflow reporting on expenditure at the project level
• Ownership of the ERP system, including setting up the system in the 'right way' for effective cost follow-up
