Finance Controller

About the role

Reporting to the CFO, the incumbent will lead the financial controllership function and act as the custodian of the organisation's financial integrity and governance framework. Key responsibilities will include: Ensuring timely and accurate monthly, quarterly and annual financial closure Strengthening the ICFR framework and financial controls across the organisation

What you'll do

• Build a strong finance team and shape the control environment
• Reviewing financial statements in compliance with Ind-AS, the Companies Act and applicable SEBI requirements
• Managing financial reporting and timely submission of group reporting requirements
• Maintaining balance sheet integrity, accounting accuracy and key account reconciliations
• Coordinating statutory, internal and cost audits, along with other compliance reviews
