About the role

Seeking an experienced and strategic Finance Controller to oversee financial operations, ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, manage statutory compliances, and lead the accounting team. This role reports directly to the CEO, Director of Finance, and CFO, aligning financial management with organizational objectives.

What you'll do

• Oversee end-to-end preparation and maintenance of the company's financial books
• Ensure timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors to ensure statutory compliance
• Manage VAT, Excise, TDS, and GST compliances, ensuring timely filing and adherence to regulations
• Monitor changes in tax regulations and ensure company-wide compliance

What you need

• 6–8 yrs of experience
• Excel
• Accounting
• TDS
• GST
• Financial reporting
• Budgeting
• Chartered Accountant or MBA
