A strong analytical mindset with experience in D2C, e-commerce, or FMCG business finance Comfort working with large, messy datasets and building dashboards and MIS reports A problem-solving, ownership-driven attitude with ability to challenge assumptions and flag financial risks Are uncomfortable working with data, numbers, or financial problem-solving
