Finance Director - IN &MEA

About the role

The Finance Director is responsible for the value-based steering of the function under their respective scope. Not only they are responsible for delivering the right financial metrics to steer the business to the MD and the Executive Committee, but also for contributing to the design and execution of strategy for a profitable and sustainable growth of the business.

What you'll do

• Responsible for the value-based steering of the function under their respective scope
• Responsible for delivering the right financial metrics to steer the business to the MD and the Executive Committee
• Assist in understanding and giving direction with regards to financials, provide reasonable and adequate recommendations to enforce finance strategy
• Collaborate closely and effectively with core Finance functions incl. Finance Factory
• Drive the Planning & Controlling Planning Dialogue processes and contribute to its delivery together with the Executive Committee
