What you'll do

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, and financial management activities for urban infrastructure and development projects
• Develop and review financial models, investment plans, business plans, and project feasibility studies
• Conduct cost-benefit analysis, financial viability assessments, and risk analysis for infrastructure projects
• Support preparation of DPRs, PPP frameworks, funding proposals, and investment strategies
• Analyze project revenues, expenditures, and cash flow forecasts

What you need

• 10–18 yrs of experience
