About the role

The Head of Finance will lead the complete finance and accounts function partner to the leadership team. The role will be accountable for financial governance, accounting accuracy, statutory compliance, business planning, cash-flow discipline, management reporting, internal controls and decision support.

What you'll do

• Financial Leadership & Business Partnership
• Act as the finance leader and trusted advisor to the Managing Director / CEO and senior management on business
• Build a robust finance organisation with clear roles, review mechanisms, accountability and succession planning
• Partner with Sales, E-commerce, Retail, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Procurement, HR and Legal to strengthen
• Financial discipline and business outcomes
