Finance Manager

About the role

The FP&A Manager will support financial planning, forecasting, management reporting, consolidation, and continuous-improvement initiatives through accurate, timely, and decision-useful finance deliverables. This role will report to the Senior Manager of Finance.

What you'll do

• Report to the Senior Manager of Finance
• Support the Senior Manager of Finance as a key point of contact, coordinating day-to-day planning and reporting deliverables
• Maintain forecasting and reporting files, ensuring complete, accurate, and timely inputs to Excel-based templates and consolidation processes
• Prepare management reporting materials, including Power BI dashboards, weekly sales reporting, PowerPoint presentations, and components-of-growth reviews
• Identify and implement opportunities to standardize, automate, and continuously improve FP&A processes, templates, reporting tools, and data quality
