Finance Manager / Financial Controller - CAT 2 AIF

About the role

Opportunity to gain direct interaction with senior leadership team of the fund Support the Financial Controller in managing fund accounting, financial reporting, investor reporting, regulatory compliance, treasury management, audits, and day-to-day finance operations across Category II AIFs and associated entities.

What you'll do

• Review NAV calculations, capital accounts, drawdowns, and distribution workings
• Manage quarterly and annual financial statements for AIF schemes
• Ensure compliance with Ind AS, IFRS, or applicable accounting standards
• Coordinate with fund administrators and custodians
• Support capital calls, investor onboarding, distributions, and waterfall calculations

What you need
